For many months Tompkins art students have been working diligently on western and native themed pieces to be judged at Houston Rodeo art competition. Their hard work was recognized during judging, for Tompkins the most 2-D and 3-D work in our district selected for awards to advance to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Grand Prix Judging for auction. The art department is extremely proud of all of the students who completed pieces for the Rodeo competition. The following students received high awards for their work.
