The girls competed great again this last Saturday and came within 1.5 points of winning the meet.  Out of 13 schools, they were 2nd place with 148 points.  In just two meets, these girls have broken 14 of our school records!  Please congratulate the following girls for scoring for the team by placing in the top 6:

4x400m Relay – 2nd place – Rebeca Beaird, Sarah Kirby, Jasmin Mitchell, Zazel Ramirez

4x800m Relay – 4th place – Rebeca Beaird, Keilyn Cremins, Alicia Yong, Kat Ibarra – new school record of 10:07.77!

4x1600m Relay – 3rd place – Maria Rengifo, Jules Haro, Abigail Frische, Alicia Yong – new school record!

Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600) – 2nd place – Kiersten Potter, Rebeca Beaird, Kat Ibarra, Alyssa Balandran – new school record of 13:03.19!

Discus – Katelyn Anderson – 3rd place

High Jump – Nia Lancit – 4th place

Shot Put – Zoe Shanklin – 2nd place

                   Lauren Robinson – 4th place
