As summer approaches, the smell of sunscreen before jumping in the pool and chlorine become part of our lives again with the amazing feeling of sunbathing and seeing water splash everywhere. People are getting ramped up for a new amusement park being built 5000 Katy Mills Cir, Katy, TX 77494. A new amusement park originally planned to open on March 17, 2022. However, due to an issue with high capacity, it has planned to have a second grand reopening. The amusement park is soon to be reopened.

The park will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m to 6 p.m and on Sundays it will open from 12 p.m to 6 p.m. It spans over 3.5 acres and it is a family friendly amusement park where everyone can enjoy and spend time outdoors. It is equipped to have all sorts of parties and games and includes the gem-mining station, yard games, a playground, picnic pavilion and a turf field with games such as cornhole and TowerBall.

Tickets for the two hour amazing fun are $24.95 each. Little kids under 32 inches get in for free. Children taller than 48 inches can operate most of the equipment by themselves. Reservations online or walk-ups are accepted, but the parent or guardian is required to sign a waiver form before purchasing tickets.

While this park is meant for children and adults to enjoy, it also has an educational aspect. Dig World is partnering with Texas A&M to create an educational atmosphere for kids by introducing the construction industry. Dig World works to familiarize kids and young adults with the dynamics of the construction industry.

The new amusement park is the first in the state to dedicate heavy construction equipment in the area. The park is said to have high potential and popularity with kids. It offers children the opportunity to operate full-size Caterpillar compact excavators, skid steers and UTVs.

Dig World wants to provide a safe environment to help kids learn about construction and also provide families with another opportunity to spend time together. The amusement park hopes to leave families with a good lasting impression on how an educational opportunity can also provide a fun area for everyone to enjoy.
