Stores to Look Out For On Black Friday

Matias Simionato , Staff Writer

Black Friday is a highly anticipated event by almost everyone and allows for discounts on many of the products the store might have. Many people rush to stores to get the items they want at semi- reasonable prices. Everyone has their one go-to store to get their items from but there are many more options to be revealed.

The Nike store is notorious for its high prices and brand deals. It is also rare for it to give out discounts to its customers for all of its products. However, Black Friday is one of the only times per year that this happens. Allowing customers to buy expensive products for only a fraction of the price, such as the Nike Air Max Correlate for $84.97 instead of $95, and the Nike React Phantom Run Flyknit 2 for $96.97 instead of $145.

Best Buy

For all technological needs there are always the tech companies, such as Apple, Microsoft and Sony, but Best Buy is one of the best for buying the newest tech. It lowers its prices for multiple products exponentially so it becomes one of the best for buying during Black Friday. Sadly, it is more well known by lots of other people, so by the time many get there, most of the products wanted are typically sold out. Not to worry though, Cyber Monday is always right around the corner for customers to buy all their needs. For the Apple fans, you can buy the iPhone 13 models with $75 off, on top of the original carrier offers, allowing for a lower price for it. All AirPods are $30 off and come with 6 months of free Apple Music. The Oculus Quest 2 is $100 off, allowing you to get it at a cheaper price.

If one wants to get their general goods, there is no store like Walmart. However the only problem is that everyone else has the same idea. So getting there will be treacherous, making customers deal with the commotions of Black Friday shoppers getting in their way and stealing their items. While that may discourage someone from going shopping there, it will definitely be worth it as almost everything has a discount. The Samsung 65” Class 4K Crystal UHD (2160P) LED Smart TV with HDR UN65TU7000 is $100 off allowing for a steal at $568. For those who want to know their history, AncestryDNA testing kits are down $40 allowing for a relatively cheap $59 for testing kits.
