- Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Milk
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp store bought Pumpkin Pie Spice or Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- In a medium pan, combine milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, salt and vanilla.
- Heat over medium heat whisking until the mixture begins to simmer.
- Add in white chocolate chips and stir until it is melted and blended.
- Pour into cups and garnish with whipped topping and dust with pumpkin pie spice.
- Apple Pie Cider
Ingredients:
- 1/2 gallon apple cider
- 1/2 gallon apple juice
- 24 packets Sweet ‘N Low sweetener
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- Pinch of nutmeg
Directions:
- Stir together apple cider, apple juice, Sweet ‘N Low, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil; simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Serve with a cinnamon stick in each glass.
- Autumn Harvest Punch Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups lemonade
- 5 Cups apple cider
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 5 Cups sparkling water
- ¼ Cup maple syrup
- Rosemary sprigs
- 3 Apples
- 1 Orange
Directions:
- In a tall pitcher mix the apple cider with the orange juice and lemonade. Set aside.
- Cut the apples and the oranges and add them to the pitcher.
- Mix in the maple syrup and add the rosemary sprigs.
- Cover and take to the refrigerator for 2 hours or until chilled.
- Add the sparkling water and mix.
- Gingered Hot Cider
Ingredients:
- 6 cups (48 ounces) apple cider or unfiltered apple juice
- 4 unsweetened ginger tea bags
Directions:
- Bring the cider to a bare simmer in a large saucepan over high heat.
- Remove from the heat immediately. (If it’s fresh cider and it boils, it may separate.)
- Add the tea bags, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze the tea bags into the pot before removing.
- Stir the cider and serve hot.
