10 tips to be 10x More Self Confident

Being self confident has many benefits and can definitely help a person achieve more. This can be hard at times so here are a few tips to help you feel more confident:

  • Think Positively: In order to be happy with yourself you must first improve your thoughts. Don’t always focus on the negative things in your life and look on the bright side. Once you turn your thoughts around it will automatically make you feel better about your own self image.
  • Look your best: It is always okay to have a few lazy days, but whenever you are feeling down, it is good to make yourself feel and look your best in order to help feel better about yourself. Doing this despite not feeling your best will help to improve your self esteem.
  • Speak up: Speaking out on things that you believe in will help you assure yourself. By doing so you might make a change and boost your self confidence.
  • Get to know yourself: Figuring out your hobbies and doing things that you enjoy will automatically make you feel good. Especially because those things will take your mind off of what is bothering you and give you time to explore your interests.
  • Affirm yourself: There should never be shame in feeling good about yourself. So whenever you are feeling down focus on other things you are good at and affirm yourself. Doing this will make you see and recognize the things that you excel in.
  • Pamper yourself: It is never bad to take a day off and go pamper yourself. Doing this will not only help you relax, but it will help you feel stress free. It helps you focus and feel relaxed when you know you are feeling your best.
  • Spend more time with friends: Spending time with people who lift you up is always beneficial. Being around these people will improve your own self image. Also, going out more has also been proven to help confidence.
  • Challenge yourself: By challenging yourself you can find things that you never knew that you could do. This can help you find new hobbies and give you a sense of accomplishment.
  • Be friendly to others: Having more social interaction has been proven to make you feel better about yourself. Doing so will improve your self-esteem and self-respect.
  • Work out: Working out will not only distract you from other things, but helps you build a good self image for yourself. It instantly makes you feel better about yourself when you connect with your body.
