On Jan. 7, the choir students auditioned for the TMEA All-State Choir, the final round of a very rigorous process. Beginning in June, students must make it through District, Region, and Pre-Area.
Three students advanced to the Area H Auditions and all placed in the All-State Mixed Choir, which is the highest group.

Cryselle Cruz, 12th grade, Soprano 1. Second year to make the All-State Choir.
Tasneem Islam, 10th grade, Alto 1. First year to make the All-State Choir. Placed First Chair in the entire region!!!
Divia Joseph, 12th grade, Soprano 2. First year to make the All-State Choir.
The following students will attend a clinic at the TMEA convention this February.
