Last weekend, Cross Country runner Alyssa Balandran qualified for state and travelled to Huntsville with the boys’ team to race. She is currently the District Runner-up and is the first girl to qualify to at this level.
She finished 6th out of 176 runners and placed 3rd individually. The state meet is on Nov. 12.
